Greetings to you all                                            - to the Japanese version -

We just decided to open this site so that we can begin talking about the history of East Asia in relation to what we like to do in the Russian Far East and China starting sometime during this year.
It seems as if we are now at the threshold of an entirely new era of the 21st century, where the mankind must re-think and re-invent the human civilization as we have known it in the past.

The 21st century will mark the beginning of a new era of scientific discoveries and applied technologies, signaling the coming of a major breakthrough in a number of fields including the major branches of social science.
We will try to upload the English versions within the next few weeks of the papers and asrticles below which are still presented in Japanese.

First Paper
By Yutaka Okamoto on "Let us review the history of East Asia uder a different light" Written on July 2006, and published here on May 6, 2009

The PARAP group is a unique organization which does not exist in the conventional organizational sense, but nevertheless remains in existence, perhaps as the harbinger of the 21st-century concept of an open and collaborative human endeavor.
I am going to review some of my memos and unpublished writings of the past several years, especially on the
history of Japan as an integral part of East Asia.
I would like to propose to re-invent our own Japanese history so that we can continue to exist as a integral and contributing member nation of East Asia.

Second Paper
By Yutaka Okamoto "The Hidden Pages of the Japanese History: The impact of the northern tribal cultures on the rise of the Samurai class": Written on August, 2006, and published here on May10, 2009

I picked up this piece from the old files of the early 2000s when I became once again deeply involved in the
explorations and fielde studies of Japan's remote histoical roots on the northeastern region of the Eurasian Continent.
It seems almost an impossible task to write East Asia's regional history as long as we continue, as we are
still doing today, to simply bring together the muteually conflicting 'national' histories of China, Korea and Japan.
We must move beyond the limitations of the idea of 'national' history to discuss our East Asia's history as an integrated whole.

The First Project Proposal (Now English  version is available): It is a unique PARAP proposal by Dr. Ichimura to launch a new project of drinking water purification for the dwellers and users of high-rise buildings in major cities in Asia.: "Clean, Drinkable and Multi-function Water Supply" using Dr. Ichimura's IM-TECH as well as other technologies (June2  2009)

An entirely new system is soon to be tested this summer for commercial application with a view in mind of building a demonstration model ready for installation.  This is expected to make the entire water system of a given building completely drinkable right out of the tap fully in competition with any bottled water both in purity and taste.
