Let us join our friends in Asia and the West
(Japan and U.S. to begin with)
  • Those who are participating from the Municipal General Education Establishment Gimnasia of Artem City, Primorsky need to complete their personal self-introduction by the end of October, 2005
  • Take your own pictures, or use old family pictures, to show how you live your everyday life in the Russian Far East. Combine them with your narratives so your new friends can see what life is like in your part of Russia.

  • After finishing your introduction, you should access the Japanese and American friends' home pages to learn how they live in their countries. You can then start asking questions by exchanging e-mails with your Japanese and American friends. They will also ask you questions after viewing your pictures and self-introduction. After the initial rounds of e-mail exchange, you will begin visiting each other in live video conferences sponsored by Virtual Foundation Japan and Teachers Without Borders.
