                                                                 - to the Japanese version -

The 21st century will mark the beginning of a new era of scientific discoveries and applied technologies, signaling the coming of major breakthroughs in a number of fields including fisheries and agricultural sciences.
We are proud to have the opportunity of presenting what we consider to be landmark research papers by scholars and researchers who are outside the established scientific community in Japan and elsewhere in the world.
We invite our readers to come forth with new papers and articles which are not fully accepted by the industry committed to conventional, and often environmentally problematical, technologies.

LEAD ARTICLES AND PAPERS

The First Paper (Shrimp Aquaculture - Japan): "White-Spot Disease under Full Control at Long Last" by Dr. Takemi Ichimura  (March, 1999)

The author is the founding director of the Tokyo Life Science Laboratory of Tokyo, Japan, who has devoted the past two decades of his scientific research to the development of a revolutionary technology of controlling all forms of microbes and viruses known by the aquaculture industry in general, and the industrial shrimp farming industry in particular which continues to fear the attack of the deadly vibrio penaeicida (vibrio in short) and baculo virus (Pnaeid Rod-shaped DNA Virus, or PRDV in short).

The Second Paper (still in a preliminary form): It is the General Theory in support of the "Seventeen Commercial Projects" in wich Dr. Ichimura's IM-TEC technologies have been actually used and produced positive results (May, 2009)

Dr. Ichimura has moved out in front now to deal squarely in Asia, which shares with the rest of the world community. with the huge global problem of environmental pollution. By Asia, we at PARAP mean mainly the area stretching from the coastal region of the Russian Far East, then through much of China, into Vetnam to the south and India to the west. But, we also can work with the major urban centers of the rest of Asia such as Singapore, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

We are mainly interested in providing support services and business opportunities in the area of urban water system quality improvement and clean power infrastructure designing. We can help, for instance, clean the entire city's water system, or that of just one high-rising building where people live and/or work, by making  the pipe water cleaner and tastier than what you get from the pet bottle-fuls you buy in your everyday life.
A great living cost saving it can bring about! Think about it.

The First Project Proposal (Now English version is available): It is a unique PARAP proposal by Dr. Ichimura to launch a new project of drinking water purification for the dwellers and users of high-rise buildings in major cities in Asia.: "Clean, Drinkable and Multi-function Water Supply" using Dr. Ichimura's IM-TECH as well as other technologies (May, 2009)

An entirely new system is soon to be tested this summer for commercial application with a view in mind of building a demonstration model ready for installation.  This is expected to make the entire water system of a given building completely drinkable right out of the tap fully in competition with any bottled water both in purity and taste.
