Treatment of water used by the manufacturers of health drinks and alcoholic beverages (Hokkaido, Aichi, Saitama Prefectures and Taiwan):

1) When ITA is used in the process of Chinese herb drinks, it enhances the extraction of the medicinal emements and gives them a longer useful life.
2) By using ITA in the brewing process of alcoholic beverages, it not only enhances their flavor, but also adds to them the benefit of health restoration and maintenance as it is the case for the health drinks.

TLSL Comments:

(1) In the stores of Southeast Asia, Chinese herb drinks deteriorate rather quickly due to the higher tempreture, our ITA more than doubled their shelf life.

(2) Brewed alcoholic beverages generally have a shelf life of two years or so, but extending it does not necessarily help the liquor stores who need to liquidate inventories as soon as possible. The true benefit is for the consumers who are end users.

It is likely to be an worthy experiment to use it in the production of raochu and other traditional Chinese alcoholic beverages.
