   "Pan-Asia Crescent Network of
Cultural Exchange & Collaboration"
We have been involved since 1997 in assisting the young people of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds who live in the rural areas of the Far Eastern region of the Eurasian Continent bordering on the Pacific and Indian Oceans. We have, in this process, had a series of surprising experiences and setbacks, but learned some important lessons about the need of developing a better tool for mutual information exchange and understanding among the young peoples of this region.
For this purpose, we have developed a unique system of helping those who are interested in participating in such cultural exchange and mutual assistance programs by building a unique PARAP site, which will be launched in late 2007, at the latest duirng December.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       PARAP/VFJ
